Booking FAQ
How far in advance should I book a session?
We recommend booking your session a few days in advance, especially if you need a specific date, an evening slot or a weekend. Availability depends on the studio schedule and the length of the recording.
When is my session officially booked?
A session is confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation from Realtime Studio. Submitting a request through the website does not constitute automatic confirmation of the session.
Can I book a session if it's my first time recording a podcast?
Yes. Realtime Studio is also a great fit for creators recording a podcast, interview or video content for the first time. Before the recording you can prepare topics, questions or a basic episode outline, and the studio provides the technical conditions for professional recording.
Is equipment included in the session?
Yes. Depending on the package you choose, the session includes professional audio and video equipment, lighting, microphones, cameras and a prepared podcast set.
Can I choose the set design?
Yes. Realtime Studio offers multiple modular sets that can be adapted to your content format, number of participants, brand and the visual style you want to achieve.
What should I prepare before I arrive?
Prepare the basic topic or structure of the episode, the number of participants and the approximate recording length. If this is your first time recording a podcast, no technical experience is needed – Realtime Studio takes care of the technical side of the recording.
Where is Realtime Studio located and is there parking?
Realtime Studio is located at **Mirka Milojkovića 1, Sunnyville, Višnjička banja, 11060 Belgrade**. The studio is easy to reach by car, and once your session is confirmed we’ll send you exact directions for getting there and entering the building.
