From booking a session and using the equipment to technical support and delivery of materials – here you’ll find all the key information before you book.

The duration depends on the selected package. Basic packages are usually based on a 100-minute session, while longer recordings can be arranged in advance.

The studio and your chosen set are prepared before you arrive. The 100-minute session is counted from the scheduled start time and covers final positioning of participants, mic and shot checks, and the recording itself. We recommend arriving at the studio 10-15 minutes early so the session starts on time and you get the most time for recording.

Yes. You can rent the studio as a space with set design and lighting, and bring and use your own equipment during your session.

Yes. Depending on the package, you can use professional microphones, lavalier mics, headphones and an audio system that are already set up for recording.

Video equipment, recording and editing are not included in every package. If you need full video production, we recommend a package that includes cameras, recording and post-production.

Yes. Our packages include professional supervision and technical support so the set, sound, lighting and recording run smoothly and without complications.

The number of participants depends on the set and type of recording. The studio can be configured for a solo set, an interview, a conference table or a podcast with multiple participants.

Yes. The studio is fitted with ceiling, wall, mobile and sliding acoustic panels, as well as special curtains. The space is designed to reduce reflections and give you the feeling of recording in an almost “anechoic chamber.”

Editing is included only in packages that clearly state it. With basic studio rental, editing can be added as an extra service.

Yes, if your package includes recording, you can receive the raw audio and video footage. The final delivery format is agreed before the recording.

The timeline depends on the selected package and the scope of post-production. Raw footage is typically delivered within 1-2 business days after the recording. For packages that include editing, the final episode is typically delivered within 5-7 business days. The Premium package includes priority processing and delivery, depending on the scope of the project. We confirm the exact timeline at booking.

The Professional package includes one revision, while the Premium package includes two revisions of the final edit. A revision means corrections within the previously agreed concept and scope of editing. Major changes to the show’s structure, additional editing or requests that were not part of the initial agreement may be charged extra.

Yes. You can bring a logo, laptop, products, props or other elements that support your brand and the topic of the recording.

No. The studio is set up so you feel at ease, and the technical setup is prepared before recording starts. If needed, you can get basic guidance on framing, positioning and the flow of the recording.

You can book a session through our dedicated booking form, by phone or by message. Once we agree on the package, duration and type of recording, we confirm an available time slot.

Yes, if there’s an open time slot after your session. The extension is charged at the additional hourly rate or an agreed surcharge.

If there is time available after your session, the recording can be extended by prior arrangement. For packages that include professional recording, the recommended surcharge is 49 € for an extra 30 minutes or 89 € for an extra 60 minutes of recording. The extension covers additional studio and recording time. If a longer recording also requires significantly more editing or additional post-production, that part is agreed and charged separately.

Your session starts at the agreed time, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your recording time if another session is booked after yours.

A session can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the recording, with the option to choose another date and time. If a session is cancelled on shorter notice, the production has the right to retain the paid deposit without any obligation to book a new recording session.

Yes. Studio tours are available by prior arrangement, so you can see the space, the equipment and the available sets before booking.

Prices shown on the website are final prices for the listed packages, and no additional charges are added at booking unless the client requests additional services or a session extension.

Yes. Prices on the website are shown in euros to make packages easier to review and compare, while domestic clients are invoiced in dinars at the corresponding dinar equivalent. Companies can be issued a proforma invoice and an invoice in line with the agreed terms of cooperation.
