Terms of Use
Last updated: August 18, 2026 Welcome to the Realtime Studio website. These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.realtimestudio.rs, the sending of inquiries and session requests, the booking and use of Realtime Studio services, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the service provider and users or clients. By sending a session request, accepting an offer, confirming a booking or using Realtime Studio services, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Use. Where the client is an individual who obtains the service for purposes outside their business or other commercial activity, the consumer rights prescribed by the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia apply to them. Nothing in these Terms may exclude or limit the rights to which a consumer is entitled under mandatory regulations.
1. Service Provider Information
Realtime Studio is a business brand and a professional podcast and video studio through which services are provided by the registered sole proprietor: Dušan Đokić PR Dizajn studio Digital Agency Kha Concepts Beograd-Palilula Slanački put 76D 11060 Belgrade – Palilula, Serbia Company ID (MB): 67808436 Tax ID (PIB): 114728093 Realtime Studio location: Mirka Milojkovića 1, Sunnyville Višnjička banja, 11060 Belgrade Realtime Studio contact: Email: [email protected] Phone: +381 69 235 1990 Phone: +381 69 204 6334 Web: www.realtimestudio.rs Hereinafter, the term “Realtime Studio” refers to the studio, the brand and the services provided by the above-mentioned registered sole proprietor. Invoices, proforma invoices and other business documents for Realtime Studio services are issued by the registered service provider specified in this section.
2. Scope of Services
Realtime Studio provides professional recording of podcasts, interviews, video and audio content, video production, editing and post-production, preparation of content for social media, rental of studio space and equipment, technical support during recording and other related production services. The exact scope of a service is determined by the selected package, the current price list, the confirmed quote or a separate agreement with the client. Depending on the service, the scope may include the studio, the selected set, audio and video equipment, lighting, technical staff, recording, editing, graphics, audio processing, short-form video production and other services listed in the specific package or quote. In the event of a discrepancy between the general description on the website and an individual written quote or booking confirmation, the terms of that quote or confirmation apply to the specific project, provided they do not conflict with mandatory regulations.
3. Use of the website
The user agrees to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in line with its intended purpose. Using the website in a way that may damage, overload, disable or impair the operation of the website, servers, booking system, contact forms or other features is not permitted. Submitting false or inaccurate information, misusing forms, attempting unauthorized access, sending malicious content or any other action that endangers the website, Realtime Studio or other users is not permitted.
4. Inquiries and booking sessions
Users may send a session request via the website, email, phone, social media or another available communication channel. Sending a session request does not constitute automatic confirmation of a booking. A session is considered confirmed once Realtime Studio confirms its availability and accepts the booking. If payment of an advance has been agreed as a condition for booking a specific session, the booking becomes final once the advance payment is recorded, unless Realtime Studio confirms otherwise in writing or electronically. When booking, the client must provide accurate data and information needed to organize the recording, such as full name or company name, contact details, preferred time slot, selected service or package, number of participants and other relevant information. Realtime Studio may decline a request if the time slot is not available, the request cannot be fulfilled within the available services or technical capabilities, the necessary information has not been provided, or there are justified reasons that prevent its fulfillment.
5. Session Duration
The duration of the recording or rental is determined by the selected package, the price list or a separate agreement. The booked time starts at the confirmed start time of the session. The studio and the pre-agreed basic set are prepared before the client arrives, while the final positioning of participants, microphone and shot checks and other final preparations are carried out at the start of the session. Clients are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start so the recording can begin on time.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices of services for users in the Republic of Serbia are stated and charged in dinars, in accordance with applicable regulations. If a value in euros or another foreign currency is also shown on the website or in commercial communication, such display may be for information purposes only, while for domestic clients the final price and payment are determined in dinars, except where another method is permitted by applicable regulations. The applicable price for a specific service is the price confirmed to the client at the time of booking, or the price stated in the accepted quote. Realtime Studio may change its price list, packages and special offers. Subsequent changes to the price list do not affect bookings already confirmed, unless the contracting parties expressly agree otherwise. Depending on the arrangement, payment may be made in advance, upon completion of the service, by bank transfer, in cash or by any other available and legally permitted method. Additional services and work not covered by the originally confirmed package or quote are performed and charged separately with the client’s prior consent, where such consent is required. If the client fails to settle an amount due within the agreed period, Realtime Studio may, to the extent permitted by law, postpone delivery of materials or further work on the project until the obligation is settled.
7. Client Late Arrival
The client is responsible for arriving at the scheduled time. If the client or their guests are late, the delay counts toward the booked session time, unless Realtime Studio expressly approves otherwise based on space availability and scheduling. Realtime Studio is not obligated to extend the session because of the client’s late arrival, especially if another recording is scheduled after that session. If an extension is possible, the additional time may be charged according to the current price list or a previously agreed price.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The client may request cancellation or rescheduling of a session by email, phone or another previously agreed communication channel. We recommend submitting a cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If special cancellation terms have been agreed in advance for a specific booking, including terms for refunding or retaining the advance payment, they are communicated to the client before the booking is finally confirmed. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show for a confirmed session, Realtime Studio may retain the agreed advance payment or charge costs incurred only to the extent this was clearly agreed in advance and is permitted by applicable regulations. If Realtime Studio is unable to hold a confirmed session for justified reasons, it will offer the client a new available time slot or another suitable solution as soon as possible.
9. Consumer rights for distance contracts
Where statutory provisions on distance contracts or off-premises contracts apply in a specific case, the consumer has the rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act, including the right of withdrawal when the legal conditions for it are met. If the consumer expressly requests that the provision of the service begin before the statutory withdrawal period expires, Realtime Studio will act in accordance with the obligations applicable to such a request and obtain the required consent where prescribed. This provision does not affect cases in which the law provides for an exception to the right of withdrawal.
10. Client obligations before and during recording
The client is responsible for the timely preparation of content elements that depend on them, including the topic, script, questions, presentations, logos, graphic elements, guests, interviewees and other materials. If certain materials are required for editing or production, the client must deliver them within the agreed deadline. The client and their guests must behave responsibly while in the studio and respect the space, equipment, staff and other persons present. Unauthorized moving or handling of technical equipment, bringing in dangerous or legally prohibited items, and any behavior that may endanger people, the space or the equipment are not permitted.
11. Responsibility for content and participants
The client is responsible for the content that they, their guests or collaborators present during the recording and for the materials they provide to Realtime Studio. The client is responsible for holding, where necessary, the appropriate permissions and consents of participants for recording, processing and publishing the content. When minors are recorded, the client is responsible for obtaining the required consent of a parent, guardian or other authorized person. The client warrants that the content and materials they provide or use do not infringe copyright and related rights, trademark rights, privacy, trade secrets or any other third-party rights and are not contrary to applicable regulations. Realtime Studio is not responsible for the views, claims, advertising messages, statements or other information expressed by the client or their participants. Realtime Studio may refuse or discontinue the production of content that is clearly unlawful or whose recording or processing would expose the studio to legal or security risk.
12. Recorded material and delivery
The type of material the client receives depends on the selected package or a separate agreement. A package may include raw footage, final edited content, audio files, short-form videos, graphic elements or other materials specified in the quote. Realtime Studio will deliver the agreed material in the format and within the timeframe set out in the package, quote or separate agreement. The delivery deadline may be extended if the client is late in providing materials, guidelines, approvals or feedback needed to continue the work.
13. Revisions and Changes
The number of included revisions depends on the selected package or custom offer. A revision means reasonable changes within the originally agreed concept and scope of editing. Changing the concept after editing is complete, significantly changing the structure, additional processing, new graphic elements, re-editing already approved sections or other requests that were not part of the initial agreement may constitute an additional service. Where such changes are charged extra, they will be agreed with the client in advance. For a more efficient process, the client should submit comments and revision requests clearly and, where possible, all together.
14. Storage and download of materials
Realtime Studio retains materials for at least the period needed for the agreed processing, delivery and included revisions. Realtime Studio is not a permanent archiving service and is not obligated to retain raw footage, project files, working versions or final materials indefinitely, unless long-term storage has been specifically agreed. After delivery, the client must download the materials in a timely manner and make their own backup copy. If a specific file retention period has been set for a particular package or project, the client will be informed of it in the offer, the package or project-related communication.
15. Copyright and other rights
Rights to materials the client provides to Realtime Studio, including logos, photographs, music, texts, presentations, scripts and other content, remain with the client or their lawful rights holders. The client warrants that they hold the rights and permissions required for their use in the project. Once all agreed financial obligations have been settled, the client may use the final delivered material in line with the agreed purpose, including publication on websites, social media and video platforms, in advertising and through other channels, unless otherwise agreed for a specific project. Realtime Studio retains the rights to its pre-existing production elements, graphic systems, templates, project structures, technical methods, know-how, settings, presets and other elements not created exclusively for a specific client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery of the final material does not automatically include delivery of working and project files, unless this is part of the selected package or a separate agreement.
16. Use of Materials in Realtime Studio Promotion
Realtime Studio will not use the client’s recordings, the client’s guests, logos or final materials for its own portfolio, website, social media, ads or other promotional purposes without prior agreement or the client’s appropriate approval. If the client approves the use of certain material for promotional purposes, Realtime Studio will use it within the scope of the consent given.
17. Music, Photos, Graphics and Third-Party Materials
If the client provides music, photos, video footage, graphics, fonts, logos or other third-party materials, they are responsible for holding the necessary licenses, rights and consents for them. Realtime Studio is not liable for third-party claims arising from the unauthorized use of content provided or expressly requested by the client. If Realtime Studio uses licensed music, stock content, fonts, graphics or other third-party elements as part of the service, their use is subject to the terms of the applicable license.
18. Use of the Space and Equipment
The client and all of its participants must use Realtime Studio’s space, furniture, set design and equipment with care. Changing cables, cameras, lighting, microphones, audio systems or other technical elements without the staff’s approval is not permitted. In the event of damage caused intentionally, through gross negligence or by using equipment contrary to staff instructions, the responsible person may be required to compensate for the damage in accordance with applicable regulations.
19. Safety and Conduct in the Studio
The client and all participants in the recording must act in a way that does not endanger people, the premises, the equipment or the normal course of work. Realtime Studio may refuse or stop a recording if the conduct of any participant poses a safety risk, endangers equipment or staff, disrupts other users of the premises or seriously violates previously communicated studio rules. The financial consequences of any such interruption are determined according to the circumstances of the specific case, the prior agreement and applicable regulations.
20. Professional Service Delivery and Technical Issues
Realtime Studio undertakes to perform the contracted services professionally and conscientiously, in accordance with professional standards and the confirmed scope of service. Production involves the use of complex audio, video, computer and other technical equipment. Despite regular maintenance and professional work, unforeseeable technical problems may occur. If a technical problem for which Realtime Studio is responsible significantly affects the contracted service or the usability of the material, the studio will, depending on the circumstances, offer an appropriate solution, such as additional processing, repeating part of the recording, a new session, an appropriate price reduction or another solution in accordance with the agreement and applicable regulations.
21. Limitation of Liability
Realtime Studio does not guarantee any business or marketing results after content is published, including a specific number of views, followers, inquiries, sales or conversions, search engine rankings or audience response. Realtime Studio is not responsible for circumstances and results that depend on the client’s content, participants’ performance, distribution, advertising, decisions by platforms and social networks or other factors beyond the studio’s control. To the extent permitted by law, Realtime Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost business opportunities that are not a direct consequence of a breach of a contractual obligation by Realtime Studio. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability in cases where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, nor does it limit consumers’ statutory rights.
22. Force majeure and circumstances beyond our control
Realtime Studio is not liable for non-performance or delay caused by events that could not reasonably have been foreseen, avoided or remedied, such as large-scale power or internet outages, emergencies, fires, floods, earthquakes, decisions of competent authorities and other force majeure circumstances. In such a situation, Realtime Studio will endeavor to notify the client as soon as possible and offer a new time slot or another reasonable solution.
23. Complaints
A consumer may file a complaint about a service provided: Email: [email protected] Phone: +381 69 235 1990 / +381 69 204 6334, or in writing or in person at Realtime Studio, Mirka Milojkovića 1, Belgrade, during business hours or by prior arrangement. When filing a complaint, the consumer must provide information that allows the client and the service to be identified, such as full name, contact details, recording date, description of the service and reason for the complaint, as well as the invoice or other appropriate proof of purchase, where applicable. Realtime Studio will confirm receipt of the complaint to the consumer without delay, or provide the number under which the complaint has been recorded. Realtime Studio will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than 8 days from the date the complaint is received. The response will contain the decision to accept the complaint, or the reasons if the complaint is not accepted, as well as a proposed method and time frame for resolution if the complaint is accepted. The time frame for resolving an accepted complaint will not exceed 15 days from the date the complaint is filed, unless the law prescribes a different time frame for a particular case. If, for objective reasons, the complaint cannot be resolved within the prescribed time frame, Realtime Studio will act in accordance with the law, notify the consumer of the extension, propose a new time frame and obtain the consumer’s required consent. Realtime Studio keeps a record of complaints and retains it for the period prescribed by law. The provisions of this section relating to the statutory rights of consumers apply to individuals who qualify as consumers. Complaints from business clients are resolved in accordance with the contract, the offer and applicable regulations.
24. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
If a consumer complaint is not resolved amicably, the consumer has the right to initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a competent body entered in the official list of bodies for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Realtime Studio, that is, the service provider, is required by law to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution when the legal conditions for initiating it are met. Information on the competent bodies and the procedure is available through the official channels of the ministry responsible for consumer protection. Using the option of out-of-court dispute resolution does not affect the consumer’s right to seek protection of their rights before a competent court.

Data may be processed to respond to inquiries, book and deliver services, communicate with the client, issue business documents, provide technical support, handle complaints, protect rights and meet legal obligations. 27. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to or integrations with external services, social networks, video platforms, maps, booking services and other websites. 28. Changes to the Terms of Use
Realtime Studio may amend these Terms of Use to reflect changes in its business, services, technical features or applicable regulations. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the last update. As a rule, amendments to the Terms do not affect bookings already confirmed or deals already concluded, unless the change is required to comply with mandatory regulations or the contracting parties agree otherwise.
29. Partial invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be null, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Such a provision shall, to the extent possible, be interpreted or replaced in the manner closest to its purpose and in accordance with applicable regulations.
30. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Use and the relationship between Realtime Studio and its clients are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will primarily try to resolve any disputes through communication, agreement and, where applicable, out-of-court dispute resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court with jurisdiction under the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in this provision may deprive a consumer of the rights regarding court jurisdiction and other forms of legal protection to which they are entitled under mandatory regulations.
